Darkness to Light
Darkness to Light is a non-profit committed to empowering adults to prevent child sexual abuse. They provide extensive training for adults to help prevent, recognize, and react responsibly to child sexual abuse. Individuals of all ages within the United States can call the 24/7 Darkness to Light hotline for crisis support from trained counselors, resources in their area, and help in reporting potential abuse at 866-FOR-LIGHT or text LIGHT to 741741
National Suicide Prevention Lifeline
The national suicide prevention lifeline is a hotline available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and is staffed with trained experts to help individuals in distress or crisis. If you or a loved one are experiencing suicidal thoughts or behaviors, consider calling the suicide prevention lifeline for support and resources at 1-800-273-8255.
RAINN (Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network) is the nation’s largest anti-sexual violence organization. RAINN created and operates the National Sexual Assault Hotline (800.656.HOPE, online.rainn.org y rainn.org/es) in partnership with more than 1,000 local sexual assault service providers across the country and operates the DoD Safe Helpline for the Department of Defense. RAINN also carries out programs to prevent sexual violence, help survivors, and ensure that perpetrators are brought to justice.

Speak Your Silence is a nonprofit on a mission to conquer the stigma of child sexual abuse. They accomplish this via #TheStitch. The Stitch is a zigzag, physically symbolic of your unique voice frequency. By wearing it, you show support for people you love to share their stories. Additionally, through their website, you can apply for in-person, one-on-one counseling.
The Mama Bear Effect
